Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Perishable food items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@o2kbasket.com with your order details and photos of the items. Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
